The HVC Series resistors feature a resistance range of 100Kohms to 1Mohm, with tolerances to 0.5 percent, 1 percent, 2 percent, and 5 percent. Continuous voltage ratings are up to 3KV, with
maximum overload voltage to 4.5KV. Power ratings for the 1206, 2010 and 2512 resistors are 0.3W, 0.5W and 1W, respectively, with rated voltages of 1000V, 2000V and 3000V. The HVC series also offer low Voltage Coefficient (VCR) of <-25ppm and low Temperature Coefficient (TCR) of ±100ppm/°C, with an operating
temperature range of -55C to +155°C. IRC will also produce devices outside these specifications to meet customer requirements. |
